The Barn Raiser specializes in modular structures, whether it is used as a storage building or a 2-car garage. Our double-wide buildings range in sizes from 20'x20' to 28'x48' and can be sided with Duratemp™*, vinyl, log, pine board & batten† or cedar† siding. These sheds are modular, they are delivered in two pre-built sections. Our crew assembles the building at your location which includes finishing off the exterior with trim and the roof peak with shingle or metal cappers, all within a day. The end result is a large, quality building ideal for whatever type of storage you need and for a fraction of the price of having one built on-site.

Double-Wide Shed - Peak-style roof with 90" side walls.
Standard features/specifications: 4 vertical windows with shutters, 2-6'x6' double doors with diamond-plate thresholds, 2"x4" wall studs & floor joists placed 16" on-center, 2"x8" roof trusses placed 16" on-center, anchored to a double top-plate w/ hurricane clips and collar ties, double 2x10 header (per half) over 14' interior center opening, all windows are stud-jacked have headers, 5/8" tongue & groove plywood floor, pressure-treated 4"x4" foundation skids.

Please call for pricing. A 28' wide building consists of 2-14'-wide halves and require an oversized load certified escort, which is an additional $450 (for local deliveries) per side. Customer is responsible for site preparation and permits. Site must be accessible by truck and trailer prior to delivery or a minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged for a return trip (Local deliveries only.
