Hands down, we can offer you the most incredible, fully-built, heavy-duty horse barns you will find any where! The siding consists of board and batten-style rough cut Eastern white pine. They are built with rustic oak post and beam framing and include 4' high oak kick-boards and decorative black coated steel hardware along with several high quality standards that you just won't find anywhere else. For example; the 2x8 T&G plank flooring over 4x4 pressure-treated floor joists which comes standard in the tack/feed rooms. You won't find any 5/8" plywood over 2x4 joist floor in these barns! We've done our homework and these buildings are superior to any we've seen. We also have a wide variety of options such as tack or feed rooms, partitions, hay racks, cupolas and gorgeous colored stains so that you can customize your structure to fit your equestrian needs. You also choose your configuration so you can set your barn up your way. 35yr metal roofing is standard but you may choose a shingled roof at no extra cost!
Stall Barn - Quaker style offset peak roof with 7' 3" rear wall and 8' 6" front wall with 1' overhang. Maximum interior height from floor to highest point is 9' 2". Standard features: 1-4'x7' heavy duty Dutch door per stall, 1-aluminum vertical window w/ screen and black steel coated grill per stall, 4' high oak kickboard with steel edging along the top to prevent chewing, decorative black coated steel hardware and 35-year painted steel roofing with insulation. In addition; 2-& 3-stall barns include divider wall (s) with black coated steel grill (s) between each stall. If you include the optional Tack/Feed room, you also get 1-interior 2' wide access door leading from tack to stall. The base is 6x6 pressure-treated lumber and each corner is reinforced with thick steel braces that include tow hooks.
Run-In Shed - Quaker style offset peak roof with 7' 3" rear wall and 8' 6" front wall with 1' overhang. Maximum interior height from floor to highest point is 9' 2". Standard features: 84" high (or 7') front opening, 4' high oak kickboard & 35-year painted steel roofing. The base is 6x6 pressure-treated lumber and each corner is reinforced with thick steel braces that include tow hooks.
Note: all 12' wide horse barns are overwidth and require escorts for highway travel which will incur additional fees. Please inquire for an accurate delivery quote.

Due to the front overhang on the 12'-wide stall barns and run-in sheds, an oversized load certified escort is required for travel on the roadways, which is an additional $450 (for local deliveries) and some direct deliveries will incur extra trucking fees even if they are within our 40 mile range. Customer is responsible for site preparation and permits. Site must be accessible by truck and trailer prior to delivery or a minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged for a return trip (Local deliveries only.
