Don't be fooled by others claiming to be the first to bring you 2-story Amish-built modular buildings. We designed this innovative raised roof system along with our Amish builder and we've been selling and installing them with great success since early 2006. We knew it was only a matter of time before others would try to follow in our footsteps and why wouldn't they? Imitation is the highest form of flattery! That said; we haven't seen another modular 2-story building as well thought out and as well built as ours.

The single-wide 2-story buildings measure 17' from ground to peak. The standard roof pitch is 14:12 (AF)and the roofing is a 29 gauge metal with a 40 year warranty. The bottom floor offers 8' of head room throughout while the top floor offers 8' of head room down the middle. This is an A-frame style building so the roof slopes on both sides in the upper level. There is still plenty of useable space up there but the Gambrel style will give you the most upper level space. This building can be a storage building or a garage. The storage building comes standard with 2-24x36 vertical slider windows on the main floor, 2- 24x36 vertical slider windows on the 2nd floor, a 'U' style staircase leading to the 2nd floor and 1 set of 6'x6' double doors. Want to use it as a garage instead? We'll build it with a 9'x7' insulated steel overhead door and upgrade the plywood floor to a heavy duty reinforced floor (or go floorless*!) and change the double doors to a standard single side entry door. Use your imagination! Finish off the interior and use it as a hunting cabin, studio or office. This building is available in Duratemp, vinyl and board & batten pine siding; with or without a wooden floor. (*floorless option available up to 48' long)
