These 2 story buildings are perfect for those who really need that extra space. The double-wides are delivered in two sections while the single-wides are delivered 'almost' fully assembled. Both building styles require final assembly on location. The A-Frame style is available in sizes 12' x 12' up to 24' x 48'. The Gambrel style is available in all those sizes and up to 28' x 48'. We've been selling and installing Amish-built 2-story modular buildings since 2006 with great success. In fact, we helped to design our 2-story modulars with our Amish builder so you will never find another exactly like them. Our buildings are completely pre-fabricated. No part of them, including the roof requires on-site construction. This makes for faster installation and an easier permitting process. Best of all, we can ship them from coast to coast! 2-Story Double-Wide/2-Car Garage (A-Frame or Gambrel Roof)

This pre-fabricated double-wide building is another excellent addition to our product line. The A-frame style is available in sizes ranging from 20'x20' to 24'x48', while the Gambrel style is available up to a 28' wide by 48' in length! These impressive modular buildings are contructed under strict NYS code to handle almost any extreme weather climate. From ground to peak, the A-frame style building measures 18' and the Gambrel style measures 17' 6". The standard roof pitch is 8:12 on the A-frame and 3.5:12 / 12:12 on the Gambrel. The roofing is 29-gauge metal with a 40-year warranty. The interior boasts 8' side walls downstairs, 8' of center headroom upstairs (7' 6" in Gambrel), a built-in wood staircase, 4-vertical slider windows on the main floor, 4-vertical slider windows on the second floor, a 9-lite steel house door and 2-9x7 insulated overhead doors (8x7 overheads in 20' wides). All this and an excellent price makes this the perfect garage! Leave out the overhead doors and you have a great building with a multitude of other uses such as an office, studio, hunting cabin, roadside store, or even a guest house. Our 2-story double-wide buildings are available in Duratemp, Vinyl and Board & Batten pine siding; with or without a wooden floor. (Floorless option available up to 48' long!)

2-Story Single-Wide

The single-wide 2-story buildings measure 17' from ground to peak. The standard roof pitch is 14:12 and the roofing is a 29 gauge metal with a 40 year warranty. The bottom floor offers 8' of head room throughout while the top floor offers 8' of head room down the middle. This is an A-frame style building so the roof slopes on both sides in the upper level. However, there is still plenty of useable space up there. This "Ultimate Shed" comes standard with 2-vertical slider windows on the main floor, 2- vertical slider windows on the 2nd floor, pull-down ladder access to the 2nd floor and 1 set of 6'x6' double doors. Want to make this the "Ultimate Garage"? Simply upgrade the 6' double door to a 9'x7' insulated steel overhead door and the floor to a heavy duty floor (or go floorless*!) and this 2-story wonder becomes a 2-story, 1-car garage! You can even finish off the interior and use it as a hunting cabin, office or a guest house. The possibilities are endless!
