A-Frame Garage
Standard features/specifications: Peak-style roof with 90" side walls, 2 windows with shutters, 1 9'x7' steel insulated overhead door, 1 3'x6' side entry door, diamond plate door thresholds, 2"x4" wall studs placed 16" on-center, double top-plate, stud-jacked under and headers over all windows, 2"x4" pressure-treated floor joists placed 12" on-center, 3/4" plywood floor (tongue & groove 3/4" plywood floor standard on Duratemp-sided garages), pressure-treated 4"x4" foundation skids (Cedar-sided garages include as standard features a 3/4" pressure-treated plywood floor and joists. Board & Batten-sided garages include as standard features an oak timber framing, a 2"x8" plank floor, pressure-treated 4"x4" floor joists) All buildings include felt paper and architectural shingles.
FLOORLESS garages: Typically, Amish-built garages include a wooden floor, reinforced to support the weight of a vehicle. However, we also offer 1-car garages without a floor*†, delivered completely assembled‡ and set on your concrete pad. The bottom perimeter is upgraded to 6"x6" PT lumber. Once the building is set on your foundation, you are responsible for anchoring and moisture-proofing.

Important: For larger structures, especially garages, we highly recommend having a professionally prepared foundation pad. All of our structures are designed to last for many years. Our larger buildings are more substantial in weight and it is imperative that all of the pressure-treated 4x4s installed under the subfloor be resting on a firm, level surface. With the added weight of heavy lawn and work equipment or vehicles, which they are often used to store, blocking up low spots can make the floor of the structure feel bouncy, and could possibly cause warping over time. To protect your investment, make sure that you provide a firm foundation for these larger buildings. We think this is important and you should too!
Specifications may vary. All measurements are outside and approximate. Measurements are from overhang to overhang. Prices are subject to change. 14' wide structures require an oversized load certified escort, which is an additional $450. Customer is responsible for site preparation and permits. Site must be accessible by truck and trailer prior to delivery or a minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged for a return trip (Local deliveries only.
